What was done
- Built three React Native apps from scratch β a customer app for ordering car repair and cleaning services, a dispatch app for assigning requests to nearby providers, and a vendor app for receiving orders and updating service statuses.
- Connected all three to a shared order lifecycle over REST APIs and Firebase, so a booking moved from request to assignment to completion with every side seeing the same state.
- Improved overall service efficiency by 40% by getting each request to the nearest available provider faster.
Collectorβs note β Three apps sharing one source of truth is really one distributed system wearing three interfaces. The hard part was never the screens β it was making sure that when a vendor tapped accept, the customer watching their own screen saw the world agree.
